As a long time Harry Potter lover, I’ve always enjoyed trying to create some of the magical bites at home. While I’ve made Shepard’s pie for family and friends, I haven’t ever made a vegetarian version I could enjoy. After trying this out, I will definitely add this into our normal meals. Not only is it super yummy, it is filled with things you likely already have in your freezer or pantry that seem like odds and ends!
