The Ingredients of Innovation
The Girls Innovation Club, TGIC, is a non-profit experience dedicated to empowering BIPOC young girls to become the next generation of innovators and change-makers. TGIC combines design thinking, collaboration, digital literacy, civic engagement, youth advocacy and workforce development to create solutions to combat social problems existing in marginalized communities.
In partnership with the TGIC Founder, I sought to implement a cohesive identity and story for the organization that not only highlights their (essential) impact, but the captures the essence of girlhood, technology, creativity, and fun. As part of this launch, I designed the social brand kit and collateral, website design & content in full including blogs, social collateral for multi-channel use with page management, one-pagers and flyers for the inaugural program and set up of content calendar work flows.
The resulting launch featured cohesive visuals to kick off an incredible first year of impact leading to secured pilot program funding, a key goal of this client.
