Founded by a former service member who continues her work as both hero and healer, Refined Remedy is not just another self-care-centric brand. As a health care student well versed in the demands of high-pressure industries, Refined Remedy seeks to create and foster a space both on and offline to enthusiastically invite and empower heroes, healers, and high-stress humans to reclaim their well-being through yoga, acupuncture, and various reimagined self-care practices.

In recent years, the collective has increasingly become aware of how its heroes and healers are often seen doing the work, yet do not place the same emphasis on their ability to practice self-care. Refined Remedy encourages both the collective and our heroes and healers to ask themselves — What if I prioritized my self-care? How would my life and all I do in it improve for myself and those around me?

In partnership with the founder, I created and implemented refreshed branding guide including story, visuals and messaging for social media, website and newsletter. This cohesive identity and story for Refined Remedy not only championed healing, it visually communicated comfort and care supporting rapport with audience members from first impression onward. Additionally, I managed full cycle of all social media collateral on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest including creation, copy and design, planning, posting and scheduling, community engagement and administrative management.

The resulting implementation of refreshed branding and new content strategy supported increased brand awareness, organic growth of the Refined Remedy community across platforms as well as increased clicks and sign ups of online course offerings.
