E. Wingate homes is a Black, Woman-owned Real Estate servicer in the greater South Florida area, specializing in West Palm Beach. While getting started in taking her business online in response the pandemic, E. Wingate Homes sought to on-ramp online with tools to lessen the overwhelm that often comes from entreprenerus and small business owners alike when finally taking the plunge.
In partnership with Erice, I was able to create a cohesive visual identity as well as social media templates to make sharing much more accessible, and, allow her to focus on what she does best - buying and selling homes! Additionally, I supported direct-mail campaigns with print postcard designs to support new-client acquisition in her expanding servicing areas.
