Be sure to include any and all information about your vision for the banner (words, colors, elements, themes, etc.) and if you have inspiration (invitations, Pinterest boards, photos, etc.) be sure to include them in the inquiry or email them to acaracollective@gmail.com along with your name and inquiry number.

While I take great care in the design and painting process, the nature of handmade goods does mean from time to time, slight imperfections may take place. Please keep this in mind when choosing a hand-painted banner.

Digital banners are available as well, please email directly for further details.

Based on the details you share in your order , I will create a rough mockup for your banner that will either be emailed or texted to you (based on your requested form of communication). Once approved, I’ll get started on painting your banner. If I do not receive a response within 3 days, the mockup will be saved and painted as is.

Once completed, banners will be available for local pickup on the date confirmed with your order. Delivery is also available for a fee, please see details below and on our Delivery product page.

To hang, we recommend using surface-safe and appropriate materials for best results. Clear push pins or, for uneven/special surfaces, surface-specific command strips placed directly on the banner. If you’d like to use over and over, we recommend using velcro command strips to maintain the paper.
