The Process

Outreach & Order:

fill out the order form (details on that here)

Be sure to include any and all information about your vision for the banner (words, colors, elements, themes, etc.) and if you have inspiration (invitiations, Pinterest boards, photos, etc.) be sure to attach them or email them to acaracollective@gmail.com along with your name.

Design:

Based on the details you share in your order (and from our consult*), I will create a rough mockup for your banner that will either be emailed or texted to you (based on your requested form of communication). Once approved, I’ll get started on painting your banner. Please note, if I do not recieve a response within 3 days, the mockup will be saved and painted as is.

Finish:

Once completed, banners will be available for local pickup on the date selected in your order. Delivery is also available for a fee, please see pricing/area details below.

While I take great care in the design and painting process, the nature of handmade goods does mean from time to time, slight imperfections may take place. Please keep this in mind when choosing a hand-painted banner (note: digital banners are available as well, please email acaracollective@gmail.com for further details)
